Crtv Network (“we”) is run by Konceptualise Media LLC, a company based in the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what we collect when you join the waitlist at crtv.network, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and the city you're in, and whether you joined as a creative or someone who wants to hire.
- Whether you asked for the newsletter, and when.
- The date you joined.
- Your IP address, briefly, to stop automated sign-ups. It's held in a counter for up to an hour and then deleted. We don't link it to your email.
The waitlist page doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
The waitlist: to email you when early access to Crtv Network opens. We use the creative/hiring choice so each group gets the information that's relevant to them, and your city to understand where our community is and which cities to open first.
The newsletter, only if you ticked the box: occasional updates, featured work and opportunities. It's optional, separate from the waitlist, and you can unsubscribe from any newsletter email.
We rely on your consent for both, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who can see it
Only our team. It's stored with the companies that host our website and database, which process it on our behalf. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer need it to tell you about Crtv Network. Every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or leave the waitlist, at any time by emailing kairo@inomoli.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We'll update this page when the full site launches, and change the date above whenever we do.
